Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading and using the App, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App on your devices, in accordance with Apple's standard App Store licence agreement.

3. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

The App offers a Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) unlocking extended features.

• Free trial: new users get 14 days of Premium, with no payment method required.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Payment is charged to your App Store account at the start of each period.
• Managing and cancelling: you can manage or cancel at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Price: €4.99 per month or €39.99 per year. Prices are shown in the App and on the App Store page before purchase. Apple will notify you of any change before renewal.
• In-app purchases are governed by Apple's App Store Terms of Service, which prevail in case of a payment dispute.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse, copy, modify or distribute the App or its content;
• attempt to extract the source code or circumvent protections or licensing mechanisms;
• use the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

5. Nature of the information provided

The App is an organisation and memory tool, not a medical device or a veterinary service. Care reminders and health tracking are indicative. If you have any doubt about your pet's health, talk to a vet. The publisher cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a decision made on the basis of the App.

6. Availability and changes

The App is provided “as is”. The publisher may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the App, and update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. Since your data is stored locally, remember to back up your device.
